Your school's IT department, without hiring one.
For schools with no IT staff, or a tech savvy teacher covering it between classes. We handle the help desk, monitoring, networking updates and upgrades, devices and planning on one fixed monthly fee.
Is managed IT right for your school?

Nobody owns IT today
Questions go to whoever is closest. We become the IT department your staff can call and admins can rely on for strategy and long term roadmaps.
Your tech person also teaches
A tech-savvy teacher fixes things between classes. We take the help desk, monitoring and planning off their plate.
Support left with one person
When the person who knew everything leaves, we learn what is in place and take over support.
Already have 1-3+ IT staff? Co-managed IT is designed for this environment where our team works alongside your IT department augmenting their skills and giving them time off when needed.

Is Managed IT a Fit for Your K12 Montana District? 5 Questions to Ask
Five questions to gauge staff capacity, coverage, security and board expectations.
Questions about managed IT.
Who is managed IT for schools built for?
Schools with no IT staff. If your district has one to three IT staff, co-managed IT is usually the better fit.
What does the remote plan include?
Remote help desk and phone support, network and server monitoring, device management, and planning and guidance for IT strategy, starting at $600 a month.
What does the onsite plan add?
Everything in remote support, plus cybersecurity tools and licensing, one onsite visit a month and emergency onsite response under your SLA, from $1,700 a month.
Are response times in writing?
Yes. Service level agreements give you written response commitments, so you know what to expect.
Is compliance support included?
The onsite plan adds enhanced compliance and safety support. Districts with their own IT staff get FERPA and CIPA oversight through co-managed IT.
Can we start mid-year?
Yes. Schools have started with us in summer, in fall and in the middle of the school year.
